The goalkeeper harness is used to improve agility, speed, reaction, balance, lifting and stopping. The unique design helps athletes of different body types and heights to perform various exercises. It is used for the goalkeeper to learn to focus on defending the goal posts (the latex has to be tied to both posts, in order to maintain the position). This equipment includes a strong, padded harness 10 cm wide and 2 heavy duty latex bungees covered with sleeves, each 2 m long, to be able to tie them to the goal. It comes with a bag for easy carrying.
